Important Update Regarding FiGPiN Exclusives at Emerald City Comic Con 2020
This means that all FiGPiN Emerald City Comic Con exclusives are delayed and won’t arrive in time for the show.
We are handling this situation by selling our exclusives at the show on a pre-sale basis. Everything at our booth will work just like normal - but we will ship everything to the address you provide, at no extra charge!
Our main concern is the health and safety of not only our partners in China, but anyone affected by coronavirus. We ask for your patience as we await notice that it is safe for our partners to return to work.
How will the booth work?
If you weren’t selected via the pre-show drawing, you will still have a chance at getting access to our booth! We will be using a virtual reservation system to sell the rest of our exclusives after the predetermined drawing sessions are completed. Head straight to our booth in the morning, tap your badge, and select the next available session (or the one you'd like to come back for) and you'll reserve your place in line. While we anticipate some inventory will remain for these sessions, please be aware items will sell out. Having a reservation does not guarantee you any specific item. There is a chance that everything will be sold out before your turn.
Can I split my order up to ship to multiple addresses?
Each order can only be shipped to one address.
How will I remember what I ordered?
When you complete your transaction you will receive a printed receipt and cards to represent each exclusive that you purchased. You will also receive an email with tracking information when your items are ready to ship.
When will it ship?
We are unable to provide an estimate at this time. Once our factories get back up and running, we will have a better idea and provide an update when we are able to.
Why not just sell everything online?
We want to make sure that the fans who had made the choice to attend the show have the opportunity to purchase the exclusives they were expecting.
Can I buy more than one?
Our limits will remain the same- one of each per person (per transaction). If you're able to get through our line again, you may make another transaction. We want to be able to serve as many people as possible.
How does this affect FiGPiN AwesomeFest?
The party will still go on as scheduled! All ticket purchasers will receive an email with more information.
